Pallavi Jha
Managing Trustee
Along with being the Chairperson & Managing Director of and Walchand PeopleFirst Ltd and Dale Carnegie Training India, Pallavi is also the managing trustee of Bahubali Gulabchand Foundation.
She is driven to support India’s nation-building endeavour through people development; supporting individuals & institutions to improve the lives of people by developing their careers, livelihoods and enterprises. This vision has led her to partner with Dale Carnegie, the global leader in Learning & Development, in 2003. Since then she has led the India operations into one of the largest territories for Dale Carnegie Training, winning several global awards for service and sales excellence. Pallavi is also a certified Executive Coach.
In 2007, she launched the services of Walchand Plus, a division dedicated to working with the Education, Government, Corporate and Non-government organisations for social development in areas like enhancing employability, entrepreneurial and livelihood skills, general capacity building and implementing various social projects in education, health and sanitation.
She has diversified exposure to a wide range of industries from Market Research, Engineering & Construction, FMCG, Media, Financial Services and Consulting.
Other than the Bahubali Gulabchand Foundation, Pallavi has also pursued her efforts in social projects through the Rotary Club of Bombay from where she has received recognition as a Paul Harris Fellow.
Sanjay Jha
Trustee
Sanjay Jha is the trustee and executive director of the world-famous Dale Carnegie Training and trustee of the Bahubali Gulabchand Foundation. His area of professional interest and management science specialization includes leadership development, change management, corporate culture and ethics, business strategy and emotional intelligence. Sanjay is a Motivational speaker, an Executive Coach and Mentor who has advised top management, including CEO’s as well as senior political leaders. He is also the National Spokesperson of the Indian National Congress Party since 2013 and the President of All India Professionals Congress, Maharashtra.
Vivek Wadhavkar
Trustee
Vivek has been an indispensable part of the Walchand PeopleFirst journey. He has dedicated more than three decades of his professional life to the organization and has helped build it to its current position through dedication and exemplary integrity. His career path at Walchand PeopleFirst has been nothing short of illustrious and his contribution to its success has been indisputable. He is the trustee of Bahubali Gulabchand Foundation since 2018.
Mr. Gulabchand
Mr. Bahubali Gulabchand, nephew of renowned industrialist, Seth Walchand Hirachand was an eminent businessman with the heart of a philanthropist. He went on to be become the Chairman of Walchand Group, comprising of Walchand PeopleFirst, Hindustan Construction Company(HCC), Walchandnagar Industries, Premier Automobiles, Indian Hume Pipe & Ravalgaon Sugar.
With his business acumen, entrepreneurship and administrative ability, he helped consolidate the Walchand Group of Industries and led it to the pinnacle position of top 5 ranked industrial houses of India.
